From 2018 to 2021, EKTA worked with selected teams from regional university competitions, at the world’s largest early-stage Startup Accelerator of its kind. The venue was an Executive Management Training School at Ashridge House in the UK.
With the guidance of volunteer Coaches and Experts, the startups learned how to transform their ideas into impact-centered, market-driven, and profit-minded enterprises. They refined their product & service concepts, business plans & projections and pitch presentations, to compete for six spots at the finals and a seed capital award of $1 million.
EKTA’s team engaged with startups on their business aspirations and their emotional well-being in a highly competitive, driven environment. As each Accelerator came to an end, we guided an interactive session called “The Path Forward” to prepare teams to build resilience and adapt intelligently to any outcome.
Our work with young people from across the globe in realizing their potential while making impact their guiding principle, has been an enriching experience. We’re committed to taking every opportunity to continue this work, encouraging, and supporting young minds to always find the best within themselves and offer it to the world.
